Are the paintings really all hand painted?
Yes! Our artisans are highly skilled and utilize no digital projection technology in producing your masterpiece. Pictoro Art also utilizes the highest quality paints and canvas.

How long will it take to get my painting and in what form will it be delivered?
Oil paintings generally take 3 to 4 weeks to complete and 3 to 4 days to ship. Paintings will be rolled and shipped in a sealed tube.

Can you frame my painting?
Pictoro Art does not currently provide framing, but Pictoro Art is exploring this option to better serve you in the near future.

How do I pay for the painting?

What size painting should I choose?
If you are having difficultly selecting a painting size, let Pictoro Art help you with the decision. Pictoro Art can send you images that help you visualize what a painting looks like on a wall.

Can you combine images from more than one photograph into a single painting?
Yes! Simply email Pictoro Art the photographs that you would like, combined with any specific instructions. We can also change a background or the colors in the painting per your instructions.

Can I order a painting of myself or a family member with a celebrity or the President?
Yes! Our talented artisans can paint you with any other famous subject that you provide a digital photo of.

Who owns Pictoro Art?
A little about Pictoro Art's founders:
Eric Brown and Monica Del Toro-Brown are a husband-wife duo based in Boston. They met while both attending Stanford where they studied Engineering, photography, golf, and English, respectively. Years later, they both went to Harvard for graduate school. They enjoy eating exotic food, Wii sports, and travel, having visited 80 countries combined so far.
Avnish Patel grew up in Walnut Creek, California and studied Business Administration and video games at UC Berkeley. He enjoys rock climbing, backpack travel, and is a serious foodie.
